Are Garments Ready to Ship?

Each piece is custom-made and crafted specifically for you! Nosyla by Alyson is a slow fashion brand and does not mass-produce.
Your garment is cut and sewn individually according to the measurements you provided. We pay close attention to every stitch, ensuring each one is crafted with care and precision.
Production Time & Shipping

Great things take time! Since everything is handcrafted from scratch, our current production time is usually between 3-9 weeks.
This doesn't include the shipping time, but don't worry—we’ll give you an estimate when you place your order.
All orders include tracking, but once shipped, we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit.
No Return or Exchanges

Because your order is crafted specifically to your unique measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Before you hit checkout, check out our measurement guide on the Custom Made page. Please double-check (and triple-check!) your sizing to ensure a proper fit.
If you have any questions at all before buying, just reach out! We are super happy to help you figure out the perfect fit.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled, but only within 24 hours of your purchase. After that 24-hour window, the fabric has likely been cut, and the sewing machine is already whirring, so we won't be able to offer a refund.
Shipping International

International customers should be aware that they are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that might be due when their package reaches their country.
These additional charges are not included in the product or shipping costs, and unfortunately, we are unable to predict or cover them.
